LARK Distilling Co. is set to enter the Asian duty-free market for the first time with Lotte Duty Free at Changi Airport.

The launch follows the Tasmanian distillery’s five gold medal wins at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC), recognising releases across its Signature Collection, Global Travel Retail (GTR) range and upcoming cask strength releases.

The SFWSC gold medal-winning whiskies include:

151 Fire Trail – available in retail stores and bars across Australia and Asia for RRP $A170
183 Devil’s Storm – available in retail stores and bars across Australia and Asia for RRP $A200
172 Wild Haven – Atlas Series – available exclusively at Australian airports and coming soon to Changi Airport for RRP $A280
294 Ember Eclipse – Atlas Series – available exclusively at Australian airports and coming soon to Changi Airport for RRP $A680
187 Devil’s Storm Cask Strength – available at larkdistilling.com from August 2026 and at LARK’s three Hobart venues for RRP $A240

Founded in 2000, the SFWSC is a spirits competition organised by the Tasting Alliance. Spirits are judged through a strict blind tasting process by a panel of distillers, bartenders, beverage directors and drinks journalists.

LARK Master Distiller Chris Thomson said: “Five gold medals at San Francisco are a fantastic result for the whole team. The SFWSC is one of the toughest blind judging competitions in the world, so to have whiskies across our Signature Collection and GTR range recognised at this level is incredibly exciting. It’s a reflection of just how far Tasmanian whisky has come – and for us, we feel like we’re only just getting started.”

LARK’s No.166 DARK LARK will also make its international debut in July.
