Henry Patten & Harri Heliovaara were the second seeds at the French Open. In the first round the Brit/Fin were against Nuno Borges & Zhizhen Zhang. The seeds broke early in the first set to take the lead. The second set was more of the same, the Brit/Fin again broke early and moved into the next round 6-3, 6-3.

The second round saw the seeds against Fabian Marozsan & Mattia Belluccia. The Hungarian/Italian found Patten & Heliovaara too good in the first set as the seeds dominated and took the lead. The second set was a little bit closer, as Marozsan & Belluccia tried to fight back. Eventually, the seeds managed to break serve and moved into the next round 6-1, 6-4.

In the third round Patten & Heliovaara were against Evan King & Andre Goransson. The seeds broke early in the first set and took the lead. The second set was a little bit closer as King & Goransson tried to stay with the seeds. However, Patten & Heliovaara broke serve and moved into the next round 6-3, 6-4.

The quarter-final saw the second seeds against N. Sriram Balaji & Marcelo Demoliner. Patten & Heliovaara broke early in the first set and took the lead. The second set was slightly closer as Sriram Balaji & Demoliner fought hard, however, the Brit/Fin broke serve and moved into the next round 6-3, 6-4.

In the semi-final Patten & Heliovaara were against Pierre-Hugues Herbert & Quentin Halys. Just like in the previous matches, the Brit/Fin broke early in the first set and moved ahead. The second set was closer, but the seeds again secured the break of serve and moved into the next round 6-3, 6-4.

The final saw the second seeds against the top seeds Marcel Granollers & Horacio Zeballos. The first set was close as the Brit/Fin stayed with the top seeds. Eventually, Granollers & Zeballos broke serve and took the lead. The second set was easier for the top seeds, as they dominated and broke freely to lift the title 6-4, 6-2.

 

 

Doubles Round Up

Joshua Paris with Trey Hildebrand were defeated by Mate Pavic & Marcelo Arevalo in the first round of the French Open 6-3, 6-1.

Joe Salisbury with Francisco Cabral were defeated by Luca Sanchez & Arthur Reymond in the first round of the French Open 6-4, 6-2.

Katie Boulter with Yulia Putintseva were defeated by Demi Schuurs & Ellen Perez in the first round of the French Open 6-1, 7-6(5).

Maia Lumsden with Isabelle Haverlag were defeated by Luisa Stefani & Gabriela Dabrowski in the first round of the French Open 6-2, 6-0.

Harriet Dart with Alexandra Panova were defeated by Solana Sierra & Ingrid Martins in the first round of the French Open 6-4, 6-3.

Julian Cash with Demi Schuurs were defeated by Edouard Roger-Vasselin & Laura Sigemund in the first round of the French Open 6-2, 6-3.

Lloyd Glasspool & Julian Cash were defeated by Adam Pavlasek & Patrik Rikl in the second round of the French Open 6-4, 6-4.
