Both Carmouche and Araujo are veteran fighters with aspirations of reaching the top of the mountain again. Carmouche, 42 years old, won all three of her fights in 2025. Including a tournament finals won over Jena Bishop in the third round by TKO.

Araujo has won two of her last three fights. All determined by unanimous decision. A win over a fighter of Carmouche’s ranking and pedigree would go a long way for Araujo in the rankings.

Also on this card is a matchup between two fighters ranked in the top eight overall in their weight class. Rob Wilkinson (19-5) is the top-ranked light heavyweight fighter in the PFL. He is challenged by the eighth-ranked heavyweight fighter in the promotion, Abraham Bably (8-2).
