Logan Morris has joined the Brisbane Lions trade period frenzy with the cult forward linked to Victorian clubs.
The 21-year-old is another puzzle piece for the club to try to fix into place as it heads into the 2026 trade period with a number of big-name stars yet to commit their futures to the reigning premiers.
As first reported by Code Sports, Morris will be tempted with deals worth up to $1.5 million-per-season with his contract concluding at the end of the 2027 season.

According to the publication, Geelong, Melbourne, Carlton and Collingwood will be the leading candidates to secure his signature if the Lions are unable to lock him down to a long-term contract before then.
Morris, who has exceeded all expectations as a former No. 31 draft pick, has told Code Sports he wants to remain where he is.
“Yeah, I do. Obviously I just want to focus on playing footy right now and I will make a decision at the end of the year but I am loving playing at the club and hopefully things work out,” he said.
“I am in a good spot, my head is in a good spot. I am happy where I am and I will keep playing footy and that stuff will work itself out.”
The other headline-grabbing players facing uncertain futures are Lachie Neale and Zac Bailey.
Neale’s path continues to take weekly turns and another dropped on Tuesday night when veteran football journalist Carlone Wilson reported Collingwood may be the most likely destination for the dual Brownlow Medal winner.
The 32-year-old was rumoured to be favouring Western Australia, where his ex-wife Jules moved with their two children, Piper and Freddie, following the couple’s messy separation.
However, reports in recent weeks suggest he is leaning towards a switch to Victoria so he can join a premiership contender.
St Kilda football boss Lenny Hayes confirmed this week the club has had an “informal” chat with Neale.
However, Wilson said on Tuesday night St Kilda and Essendon officials privately believe Neale will move to the Magpies.
The good news for the Lions is restricted free agent Zac Bailey is reportedly poised to re-sign with the club, snubbing a reported monster offer from Adelaide.
“I believe he’s going to stay at Brisbane — I’m close to calling it,” Wilson said on Channel 7’s The Agenda Setters.
“I think Brisbane wants an answer from Zac Bailey within a fortnight. They need to get their ducks in a row, and they’re pretty resigned now to losing Lachie Neale.
“They’ve increased their offer to Bailey about a week or two ago. Adelaide are offering $10 million over seven years. The Brisbane deal is as long in length; it was around $1-1.1m (but) I reckon it’s closer now to $1.2 million.”
A potential premiership three-peat this year would also make it hard the trio to walk away, despite their decisions likely to be pencilled in well before September.
