Radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands’ next move will take him into the online content creation space following the abrupt demise of The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
Sandilands, 55, is currently shooting a docuseries called At Home with Kyle, which could be between four and six episodes long. It’s slated to air on his upcoming app and website from late July.

The series will be released in the lead-up to the debut of his new independent show, Kyle Sandilands Live, which is also expected to stream via his app.
His long-time manager Bruno Bouchet told the Sydney Morning Herald: “It is a very different side to Kyle that you are going to see, quite a humble Kyle.
“He becomes a lot more focused on family, there’s dealing with a death threat and coming to terms with the biggest upheaval he’s faced in his life.”

Sandilands is launching his new media business after settling with his former employer, the Australian Radio Network (ARN), for $12 million in June.
He previously filed a lawsuit against the company for $100 million, but ultimately decided to settle so he could “get back to work.”
The ex-radio star also teased his return to the airwaves before announcing the series, teasing his comeback via a social media fan page.
“Don’t tell anyone, but I’m working on a new project and all will be revealed soon,” he said in the video.
“Thank you for your prayers – coming back guys, bigger than ever hopefully… actually not fatter.”
Sandilands then detailed a diet his wife Tegan had put him on and how he’d cheated it with Twirl and a can of Coke, before his manager was heard in the background telling him he looked great.
“Thank you,” Sandilands said, before telling the camera, “That’s Bruno, he’s paid to say… well, he’s not paid at the moment.

The broadcaster also joked it came as “a surprise that I’ve even got fans left” before thanking them for their support since his surprise sacking from KIIS FM.
Sandilands was forced off-air in a now-infamous on-air clash with his co-host of the Kyle & Jackie O KIIS FM breakfast show, Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, in February.
The argument snowballed into a fight that ended their 25-year friendship and working relationship.
Henderson claimed she lodged a complaint about her co-host previously and after the more recent incident, said she felt unsafe working alongside him and was subsequently also released from her contract.
While Sandilands has settled, Henderson is continuing with her $82.25 million suit against ARN, alleging her termination from her KIIS FM radio show was against the Fair Work Act.
