David Papot (31-1-1, 5 KOs) defeats Harlem Eubank (22-2, 9 KOs) by unanimous decision to win the vacant IBF International welterweight title. After 12 rounds, the judges scored the fight 115-110, 113-111, and 115-109.
On his way to victory, Papot dropped Eubank once in the second round and twice in the 10th round, while being knocked down himself in the seventh round.
