The Marquette University men’s basketball team will conduct a foreign tour this summer prior to the start of the 2026-27 campaign, visiting Vancouver from July 27-August 3.

The travel party will make stops in Vancouver and Whistler during the eight-day journey, playing a trio of games against Calgary (July 29), Trinity Western (July 30) and Fraser Valley (August 1).

Prior to the team’s departure, the squad will host an open practice for all season ticket members on July 23 at 6 p.m. at the Al McGuire Center.  For information about season tickets contact the Marquette Ticket Office at 414-288-4668, email athletics@marquette.edu

Live statistics and highlights of the games, along with behind-the-scenes access to the trip, will be provided via the team’s official social media accounts.

Marquette’s last foreign trip came in the summer of 2023 when the program visited Italy.  A recent change in NCAA rules allows teams the opportunity to embark on a tour every year, rather than the previous cadence of every four seasons.

The Golden Eagles last visited Vancouver for a foreign tour in September of 2007.
