Aditya Vikram Birla is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Cosmic Birla Group, a diversified industrial enterprise with interests in railways, defence, EVs, engineering, and infrastructure. Born in Kolkata in 1989, Aditya was raised in an industrial family environment marked by structure, responsibility, and early exposure to business operations. He studied at Don Bosco Park Circus, completed his BBA from Jadavpur University, and earned an MBA from Cardiff University, UK in 2012. After returning to India, Aditya took charge during a financial crisis and steadily expanded the group across steel, EVs, defence, and infrastructure. From a 125 crore Group 5 years ago, under Aditya’s leadership it has grown into a 5,000 crore conglomerate.
