Melbourne’s season from hell has taken another devastating turn with captain Harry Grant becoming the latest Storm star struck down by injury.
Starting the clash against the Rabbitohs on the interchange bench, Grant was inserted into the contest in the 15th minute mark.

However, the Queensland Maroons rake lasted just over 20 minutes on the field before being forced from the contest before the half-time break.
Seen limping off the field in frustration, it was revealed that the superstar dummy-half picked up a right hamstring injury, adding to the Storm’s growing injury crisis
“He’s gone,” Andrew Voss said on Fox League in commentary.
“You can see there the limp… a right hamstring for Harry Grant,” adds former Storm halfback Cooper Cronk.
The Storm have since confirmed that it is a low-grade hamstring strain and he will return following the bye in Round 24.
“Scans conducted on Saturday have confirmed Grant has a low grade hamstring strain,” a club statement read.
Grant’s injury adds further pain to a nightmare campaign for Melbourne who have been decimated by injuries throughout the season.

Star international winger Will Warbrick suffered a season-ending ruptured Achilles injury last Friday evening, while Eliesa Katoa, Tui Kamikamica and Xavier Coates have also been ruled out for the year.
To make matters worse, Queensland Maroons skipper Cameron Munster remains unavailable for at least another two to four weeks after undergoing surgery on a cartilage injury in his knee.
Fox League sideline reporter Matty Russell said Grant looked visibly frustrated as he left the field, throwing his headgear off onto the ground “in disappointment”.
“There is no bigger blow than this… their spine is battling and this is a devastating blow for them,” analyst Michael Ennis added.
