More than 170 financial advisers will be able to work with wealthy clients in the 26,000-square-foot-office-space, according to the firm. The announcement comes as financial institutions are expanding and acquiring wealth management arms in waves.

UBS was drawn to Dallas’ growing number of wealthy clientele, as well as the city’s extensive network of financial talent. UBS has other Wealth Advice Center hubs in Weehawken, N.J. and Charlotte, N.C.

Advisers from the center work in 37 cities nationwide.

The Wealth Advice Center hub will also have a training facility for financial advisers.

“This investment strengthens our ability to support our regions, major markets and financial advisors with scalable, high-quality capabilities, while delivering a consistent and differentiated experience to affluent and high-net-worth clients,” said Leonard Golub, managing director and head of the UBS Wealth Advice Center.

UBS is one of the world’s largest wealth management firms with $6.9 trillion in assets under management.

Dallas’ Wealth Advice Center hub is on the 20th floor of 23Springs.
