Geely officially debuted the Geely Galaxy Cruiser 700, its first “boxy-style” SUV. In a simultaneous global launch, the vehicle is also scheduled to appear at a showcase in Milan, Italy, on July 26.
Exterior
The Galaxy Cruiser 700 features a large front grille and an integrated light strip comprising 84 LED beads. This is complemented by headlights containing 228 LED beads per group and vertical matrix taillights featuring 708 red LED particles. Geely is offering six paint options: Baili Danxia Orange, Motuo Cangluan Green, Sayram Lake Blue, Midui Glacier Silver, Everest White Rock Rice, and Yadan Obsidian Black.
The vehicle’s dimensions are 5085mm (length) x 1999mm (width) x 1912mm (height), with a wheelbase of 2900mm. It features a square body and a full-size rear-mounted spare tire with a decorative cover.

Off-road capability
The Galaxy Cruiser 700 boasts a 30° approach angle, a 31° departure angle, a 24° ramp break-over angle, and a minimum ground clearance of 233mm. It can handle a maximum wading depth of 800mm and is equipped with tyres boasting an outer diameter of 801mm.
Geely has emphasised the vehicle’s “mod-friendly” nature, providing over 50 pre-reserved installation points. The company claims these allow for the installation of 80% of common universal off-road modifications, including auxiliary grille lights, snorkels, roof platforms, winch-equipped front bumpers, chassis guards, and tailgate extension brackets.
Interior
Inside, the cabin utilises a symmetrical square layout available in White-Brown, Black-Brown, and All-Black colour schemes, featuring wood-grain and mountain-themed textures. The digital cockpit is powered by five screens: a 15.4-inch central control screen, a 10.2-inch instrument cluster, a 12.66-inch passenger screen, a rear control screen, and a 15.2-inch HUD. These displays can synchronise critical off-road data such as altitude, slope, and vehicle posture. The dashboard retains a significant number of physical buttons for “blind operation.”
The interior achieves a space utilisation rate of 80.3%. The luggage compartment offers a standard volume of 1050L, supported by 63 storage compartments throughout the vehicle.
Comfort features include:
An 18.5L onboard refrigerator/warmer (-6°C to 50°C).
Seats with 10-layer filling, featuring ventilation (bottom-blow, back-suction) and heating.
Front seats with 14-point massage, the front passenger seat includes an electric leg rest with a maximum travel of 280mm.
Versatile seating: Front seats can fold completely to create a 1.72m lounging space, while folded second-row seats create a 1.8m flat loading area. The interior vertical height is 950mm.
Additional premium amenities include a dual-opening panoramic sunroof (0.99㎡ light transmission area), an on-board oxygen system, a 23-speaker Flyme Sound audio system, and 256-colour ambient lighting.
Powertrain and performance
Last month, the vehicle revealed a combined peak power of 830 kW (1,113 hp). Pricing and full configuration lists are expected to be released following the Milan debut.
