Florida has announced its 2026-27 men’s basketball schedule, including 16 home dates. The team’s nonconference slate includes the Players Era 8 in Las Vegas Nov. 17-19 and a showdown vs. Duke in Gainesville for the SEC-ACC Challenge.
In SEC play, Florida will host Saturday showdowns vs. Vanderbilt, Texas, Missouri, Georgia and on Senior Day against Kentucky. Midweek matchups in the O’Connell Center include Oklahoma, Texas A&M, South Carolina and Ole Miss.
The Gators open the 2026-27 campaign with the previously-announced Nov. 2 showdown vs. Miami in Tampa, while UF’s home opener is set for Nov. 5 vs. Jacksonville.
Going into their fifth season under Todd Golden, the Gators return 81.8% of their scoring from last season’s SEC championship team, including four starters, six of their eight primary rotation players and 11 players in total, highlighted by seniors Rueben Chinyelu, Alex Condon and Thomas Haugh.
Game times and SEC midweek dates will be announced later. Both Nov. 5 and Dec. 6 will be men’s and women’s basketball doubleheaders.
2026-27 Season Ticket Deposits

Returning season ticket holders from the 2025-26 season need not place a deposit. Your seats are being held for you and renewal information will be sent to you.
Season Opener in Tampa
The Gators will begin the 2026-27 season against in-state rival Miami in the Orion180 Tip-Off Classic on Monday, Nov. 2, at Benchmark International Arena. Tickets are on sale now.
