Honor today detailed the ARRI-powered camera features of the upcoming ROBOT PHONE. The ultimate imaging collaboration is bringing three iconic capabilities that will not only beautify your photo-capturing skills but also master videography.
During the MWC 2026 event, Honor announced its cooperation with ARRI – a German imaging solution provider. The company confirmed that this new partnership will lead to interesting camera and video shooting features for mobile devices.
And Honor ROBOT PHONE is the first product to exhibit ARRI-based camera features. The company today held the Imaging Technology Launch Event, where it showcased how the upcoming creation will unlock a whole new level of photography experience.
The company said that ARRI camera functions will be an evolution in mobile photography. Both Honor and its German partner will use the “Chip-Device-Cloud” concept domain imaging engine coupled with ARRI’s color and film science.

Consequently, the technological solution will lead to improved post-production of images and color grading, propelling mobile imaging from parametric competition.
Speaking of the features, ARRI will bring three major camera capabilities to the all-new Honor ROBOT PHONE: Log C3, ARRI Look, and Cinema Mode.
1. Log-C encoding: It is generally a mathematical curve that maximizes the dynamic range by mapping sensor exposure linearly across stops and closely resembles the response curve of scanned film negatives. As a result, it can preserve highlight and shadow details for professional color grading.
2. LUT color gamut – It is a workflow that turns flat and raw HDR digital shots on ARRI cameras into standard viewable color spaces. It mainly converts the complex sensor data into natural skin tones, smooth highlights, and cinematic contrast.
3. Cinema Mode: The feature is capable of replicating the authentic, organic color rendering, wide dynamic range, as well as professional aesthetic of cinematic camera sensors.
