The cycling gets under way and the first day of finals in the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome features a packed programme culminating in the men’s and women’s team sprints.

The women’s 5,000m final could be the race to watch at Scotstoun, while England’s Emily Campbell bids to defend her title on the final day of weightlifting.
