Basketball Australia is taking Expression of Interest (EOI) for referees and referee coaches interested in officiating at the Foot Locker National Schools Championships.
The EOI placement for the National Schools summit provides referees and referee coaches with an elite development opportunity and has been a pathway for officials for decades.
An essential component of the officiating structure is to have 100+ referees and 30+ referee coaches to create a positive learning environment. Each participant will be provided direct support with a feedback and reporting process.
If you are interested in being involved in one of the biggest junior tournaments in the country, submit an EOI via the registration webform, before 28 August to be considered for the placement.

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland
Venue: Carrara, Coomera & Runaway Bay
Event Starts: 27 November
Event Concludes: 4 December
Referee Level Required: C2 and above
Referee Coach Level Required: G1 and above

Flights to Gold Coast and return to your home state

Ground travel for the duration of the championships

SELECTION
All nominees will be reviewed by the BA Integrity Unit and State & Territory organisations to confirm suitability of placement at event.
Basketball Australia will then choose successful and reserve officials
