DRAGONS DESPERATE TO BOUNCE BACK

Nathan Cross’ Dragons will be eager to respond off the back of a narrow loss to the Wests Tigers in Round 7.

On Saturday, they face a similarly desperate Gold Coast side who have not tasted victory since Round 4.

Both sides find themselves just one win back of the sixth-place Warriors with four matches to play.

BROWNE MAKING STRIDES

Keele Browne has pieced together a strong campaign thus far and will look to continue her run of form come Saturday.

The Milton-Ulladulla junior was this week also nominated for the Veronica White Medal for Woman of the Year in recognition of her diligent work in the community.

Alongside her community commitments, Browne was also selected in the NRL’s Academic Team of the Year having completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong demonstrating to aspiring athletes the importance of balancing education and elite sport.

We encourage all Dragons fans to vote for Keele for this year’s Veronica White Medal!
