The influencer, whose real name is Andres Barrientos, was arrested by WA Police after he was allegedly found in possession of cannabis.
The incident occurred in May this year in the Mandurah suburb of Greenfields.
Barrientos was listed in Mandurah Magistrates Court today for legal advice over the matter.
He will be sentenced on August 21 for two counts of assault after he was found guilty of biting a 20-year-old woman he had sex with after a gig in Hillarys in 2024.
He was also charged with raping her but was acquitted of some of those charges on Friday, while the jury could not reach a verdict on others.
Whether he will be retried on those remaining charges is currently being discussed by the Department of Prosecutions.
