Josh Fraser is Carlton’s man.
The Blues are set to appoint Fraser as their full-time senior coach after the club’s stunning run to finals under the caretaker boss.

It’s understood Carlton’s board met on Monday morning to ratify the decision after a multi-month search, with the club expected to announce the deal on Tuesday.
Reports state Fraser has signed a three-year deal.
Carlton teased the announcement with a social media clip on Monday that shows a list of Carlton coaches on a locker with Fraser’s iconic hoodie inside and the caption: “Not just a Frase. Tomorrow (eyes emoji).”
He would win the job over fellow finalists Jaymie Graham, Corey Enright, James Kelly and Daniel Giansiracusa.
Fraser has steered the Blues to a remarkable turnaround, with 10 wins, one draw and two losses after they were 1-8 when he replaced Michael Voss in May.
Sunday’s draw with the Western Bulldogs officially locked Carlton into a wildcard spot.

Fraser confirmed last week he’d entered the process and presented to the coaching panel after being previously non-committal.
“I’ve said all along if I committed to that process, I was all in,” he said.
“Now it’s in the hands of the selection panel and we’ll see what comes of that.
“There’s a reality that there’s 18, 19 jobs to be a senior coach. Given the experiences I’ve had, the work I’ve been able to do to continually develop and grow myself, I felt like it was the right time.
“I’m as excited about this group as a lot of our Carlton supporters would be.”
The 44-year old returned to Carlton this year after three seasons at Collingwood. He’s previously coached the Magpies’ VFL team, the Northern Blues and Gold Coast’s NEAFL side.
