According to a separate police report provided to News.com.au, officers from Ryde Police Area Command arrested a 27-year-old man at in Melrose Park on Appleforth St about 8.45am on December 27 after an alleged assault.
He was refused bail and appeared before Bail Division Court 7 on Sunday December 28, where he was granted conditional bail to appear at Burwood Local Court on Thursday January 15.
The man has pleaded not guilty to all three charges, according to News.com.au. He is due to reappear before Burwood Local Court on September 1.
While the woman was not named, court records identify Gallagher as the respondent in an Apprehended Violence Order application made on behalf of fellow Below Deck cast member Gael Cameron, with whom he shares a child, Rolling Stone reported.
The current season of Below Deck Mediterranean is airing in the United States.
Filmed before the alleged incident, the season features Gallagher balancing his role as bosun aboard a superyacht with family commitments involving Cameron and their infant son.
Gallagher has not responded to requests for comment.
