All 26 cars and 52 drivers for The Bend 500 are on track, including wildcards from Team 18 and Tickford Racing.
It’s one of just two full-field test days permitted for the year, alongside the pre-season test at Sydney Motorsport Park.
That makes it a crucial day not only to prepare for the enduros, but for developing car setups away from race meetings.
The test, which follows the weekend’s Ipswich Super440, is closed to spectators.
