Roosters skipper James Tedesco will again look to make his comeback from an ankle injury after being named to face the Dolphins.
Tedesco suffered the injury in Round 22 against the Cowboys and has struggled to get it right across the past fortnight, twice being named to play before being a late withdrawal.
The Rabbitohs have superstar Latrell Mitchell on track to play first game since Round 11 after overcoming a nerve issue in his back.
Mitchell will be used from bench in the clash with the Titans at Cbus Super Stadium and then look to crank it up in Round 27 against old foes the Roosters.

The versatile Tyran Wishart moves to the centres to take over from Jack Howarth, who has been stood down for the remainder of the year to undergo surgery on a previous shoulder injury. Roosters: Skipper James Tedesco has again been named to return from the ankle injury that has sidelined him for three games but a final decision will come later in the week. Cody Ramsey has done a mighty job filling in and will come straight back into the starting side should Teddy fail to come up. Nat Butcher starts at lock in place of Victor Radley, who is expected to sit out until finals after suffering a concussion last Sunday.
Dolphins: After being promoted to the starting side last week in his second NRL match, Brian Pouniu reverts to the bench with Max Plath named in the back row. Utility Kurt Donoghoe is listed among the reserves as he chases a return from a thumb injury suffered in Round 23. Connelly Lemuelu (hamstring) remains sidelined and will target a return in week one of the finals. The Dolphins are 3-0 in games played in Sydney this season.

Warriors: Te Maire Martin is back on deck from a hamstring injury suffered in Round 20 so Chanel Harris-Tavita slides back to five-eighth. The loss of Dallin Watene-Zelezniak with a broken collarbone brings Luke Laulilii onto the wing for his first appearance since Round 11. DWZ has undergone surgery to repair the damage and is expected to return during the finals.
Knights: Harrison Graham is the starting hooker for just the second time this season as he deputises for Phoenix Crossland, who has had surgery to remove meniscus in his knee. Dane Gagai’s return from a hamstring injury sees Fletcher Hunt push out to the wing to replace the suspended Dom Young. Back-rower Tyson Frizell is also serving a ban so Francis Manuleleua fills that hole in his return from concussion. Brodie Jones is listed among the reserves as he looks to return from a hamstring injury and could be a late addition to the six-man bench.

Eels: NSW Under 19s prop Ryda Talagi will make his NRL debut off the bench after 13 appearances in NSW Cup this season. Dylan Walker returns from a wrist injury on the bench alongside Bailey Simonsson, who makes his first NRL appearance since dislocating his ankle in Round 5 against Wests Tigers. Apa Twidle has been named at fullback with Sean Russell in the centres although they could swap positions as they did against the Dolphins.
Sharks: Cam McInnes has been named to start at lock with Tom Hazelton on the bench but they could swap on game day as they did against the Titans. The only change to the 19-man squad sees Braden Uele added to the six-man interchange in place of Sam Stonestreet. Winger Ronaldo Mulitalo will bring up 150 NRL appearances.
