Coco Gauff knows that a healthy lifestyle is all about balance.

The 21-year-old tennis star revealed her go-to cheat day meal when she’s off the court while chatting exclusively with Parade amid the launch of her signature smoothie with Naked Smoothies, which she celebrated at her Coco’s Corner pop-up event in New York City on Wednesday, Aug. 20.

“A burger, fries and a Coke is everything. That’s my indulgence,” she says, adding, “And then any kind of chocolate chip cookie or brownie dessert, something like that. It’s basically a cartoon classic burger.”

As for her partnership with Naked Smoothies, Gauff tells Parade that it was a no-brainer to link up with the brand to create a signature smoothie inspired by one of her most viral moments at the 2023 US Open.

“I had a little viral fruit salad moment all over the internet in 2023, and I was already a fan of Naked smoothies, and their coconut water especially,” Gauff explains. “So that was just natural. They basically came to me. They’re like, ‘How can we make this unique to both of us?’ And the idea to make a smoothie was there.”

Packed with 20 grams of plant-based protein, Gauff’s Pineapple Orange Smoothie also contains real pineapple and orange juices, electrolytes from coconut water and essential vitamins B6 and B12, as well as six grams of fiber and no added sugar.

“Pineapple’s my favorite. It was inspired by that, and it has 20 grams of protein, which is important for me as an athlete. So it has all the things that I balance in my everyday life and also what other people can relate to. So I think that’s what makes this kind of unique. It’s something I was already doing.”
