Channel 7 has announced its official commentary line-up for the 2026 Rugby League World Cup which begins in Sydney on October 15.
7Sport presenters Mel McLaughlin and Matt White will lead the free-to-air coverage in Australia together with Sunrise host Matt Shirvington and The Agenda Setters host Corey Parker.
Match commentary will be headlined by Fox League’s Andrew Voss, together with ABC Grandstand’s Andrew Moore, Triple M Sydney’s Anthony Maroon and Sky Sport New Zealand’s Beaven Dewar.
Expert analysis will be provided by Trent Robinson, Luke Keary, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Ryan Papenhuyzen, Aaron Woods, Brett Kimmorley, Brent Tate, Shane Flanagan, James Graham, Lote Tuqiri, Yasmin Meakes, Shontelle Stowers and Emma Verran.

“The Rugby League World Cup is set to be a landmark sporting event of 2026, bringing the world’s best teams and players together and Seven will deliver a broadcast befitting the scale and significance of the tournament,” said Seven’s Head of Rugby League World Cup, Lesley Tapsall.
All 53 men’s, women’s and wheelchair matches will be broadcast live and free in Australia on Seven and 7plus.
The Final of the men’s and women’s tournaments take place on Sunday November 15 at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
