EastEnders spoilers follow.
Next week on EastEnders, it’s a double wedding day, with Cindy, Max, Kim and Howie ready to say their vows – but neither ceremony goes entirely to plan. Meanwhile, Zoe causes chaos and falls out with Kat as a poignant plan to buy Charlie’s cab goes seriously wrong.

1. Cindy prepares to tie the knot

It’s a big day in Walford, with two couples preparing to get married on the same day. Cindy is excited to become Mrs Branning, but what she doesn’t realise is that Max has gone missing, and her loved ones try to track him down without panicking her. However, Cindy faces another problem, as she finds out that most of the community plan to attend Kim and Howie’s wedding!
2. Kim and Howie change their wedding plans

Kim’s wedding day is tinged with sadness as her sister Denise can’t attend the ceremony, but she cheers up when Howie arranges a surprise for her. At the ceremony, held at the community centre, Kim is upset when she sees Denise on a video link.
Howie notices this so makes a big change to the day – and Kim and Howie, alongside their loved ones, head to Denise’s hospital room to get married.

3. Max’s affair is exposed

Max wakes up hungover on his wedding day and heads to Peacock Palace to see Linda. But it isn’t long before Linda finds out about Max and Priya’s affair! As Max finds Priya at the car lot, she is furious that Linda now knows about their fling.
As they row, Lauren shows up and overhears everything about her dad’s betrayal. Stunned, Lauren refuses to go to the wedding. Things then get even worse for Max when he goes home and faces Jack and Oscar…
4. Zoe and Tommy return

Back in Walford, Zoe tells Kat that Tommy is worried about seeing Joel again after so long. With her daughter finally home, Kat decides not to go to either wedding, choosing to spend time with Zoe at the pub instead. She even finds Yolande and asks her to speak to Patrick about making amends with Jasmine, keen to build more bridges.
However, not everyone in the family is in a good mood, as anxious Tommy steals a bottle of vodka from the barrel store and leaves to drink it alone.
5. Cindy and Max’s wedding goes wrong

Against all odds, Jack and Oscar manage to get Max to the wedding venue on time. Max and Cindy meet at the end of the aisle and get ready to say their vows, but at the last minute, Linda and Priya show up together. Just what happens next is being kept under wraps for now, but as total chaos erupts at the wedding, what does this mean for Max and Cindy?
6. Ryder and Jodie are caught

After Kim and Howie successfully say, ‘I do’, things get even better for the Fox-Truemans when Denise is told by the doctors that a provisional stem cell match has been found for her. The happy couple then return home to continue celebrating – but they find Ryder and Jodie happily drinking the alcohol in the community centre!
7. Zoe makes a reckless decision

Zoe informs Kat that she has found Charlie’s cab up for sale and she wants to buy it. But when Kat finds out that Tommy is drinking, she is distracted and heads out to track him down. She eventually manages to find her struggling son, and the pair have an emotional heart-to-heart.
As a result, Zoe ends up going to buy the cab alone. But things go wrong when she gets into a row with the seller, and Zoe decides to steal the taxi!
8. Ned is embarrassed

Ned and Gemma want to integrate themselves into the community, so they try to introduce themselves to Phil and Sharon. However, Ned is left embarrassed when Kim interrupts their chat to tell everyone about Ryder and Jodie’s antics in the community centre.
9. Kat and Zoe are at odds

Kat is horrified when she learns about Zoe stealing Charlie’s cab, and the situation escalates when the seller shows up in the Square. Kat and Alfie are desperate for Zoe to stay out of prison, so they find the money to pay the seller – but Zoe is soon arguing with Kat and Zack.
Upset by the day’s events, Kat puts on a brave face as Kim and Howie arrive at The Vic with their loved ones to celebrate the married couple. Alfie encourages Kat to make up with Zoe after their fight, but will Kat take his advice?
