10. San Francisco Giants: C Chase Fralick, Auburn

A two-year starter behind the plate at Auburn already, Fralick saw his home run total spike from four as a freshman to 20 this past spring, and he hit .314/.420/.649 in the process. He is a polished hitter beyond his raw power and has a strong arm behind the plate, but his receiving skills still need significant polish.

11. Cincinnati Reds: OF Jacob Seamon, Metrolina Christian Academy (NC)

An imposing 6’5″, 200-pound outfielder with significant physical projection remaining in his frame, Seamon has loud present raw power with one of the highest offensive ceilings in the class. He also has plus speed with a chance to stick in center field, depending on how much strength he adds, and he will still be 17 years old on draft day.

12. Pittsburgh Pirates: SS Malachi Butler, McEachern HS (GA)

One of the more polished hitters in the 2027 prep class, Butler is an average athlete, but there are no glaring holes in his game. He plays a smooth, sure-handed shortstop, hits the ball to all fields and has enough physical projection remaining in his 6’3″, 190-pound frame to believe there could be more power to come.
