TCL has unveiled the “TCLforher” initiative in the FIBA Women’s World Cup 2026, which will be active on and off the turf.
The Chinese consumer electronics company, TCL, unveiled the “TCLforHer” initiative during the FIBA Women’s World Cup 2026. Under this new sports business programme, the Chinese global entity will collaborate with FIBA to celebrate the brilliant performances of female basketball players, which will give them the due appreciation and acknowledgement from the fans. TCL is currently serving the apex global arm of FIBA, serving as their global partner.
TCLforHer Campaign to Have Several Fan Engagement Prospects
Under this campaign, the TCL Player of the Game will be awarded during the tournament for outstanding performances across 36 games. The award will be given to the player who shows high-quality skill, strength, and leadership and has the ability to overcome challenges.

TCL’s dedication to honouring women’s achievements shows in the TCLforHer project, which aims to build partnerships for women’s personal development through technology, sport and education, and was launched in 2021. FIBA’s Her World Her Rules programme aims to inspire and promote confidence in girls and women.
Additionally, the company’s name will be visible via courtside advertising boards, on-court decals, media backdrops and a custom fan interactive booth at Berlin Arena. TCL will also have fan activations such as TCL Lucky Frame, the giant TIFO display and the TV giveaway. Off the court, the entity will aim to provide a good match experience to fans watching the game on their TVs, RayNeo glasses, or phones.

The 20th edition of the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup is currently being played in Berlin, Germany, where 16 nations are locking horns to secure the ultimate silverware, which will be awarded in the final on September 13th. The United States women’s team are the four-time defending champions. They beat China 83-61 in the final, which was held in Sydney, Australia.
