Geelong will go into a semi final in Perth unchanged as Chris Scott has backed in Jeremy Cameron to find form on the run.

The superstar goal kicker struggled to impact the elimination final in a new role further up the ground, featuring on a wing and a half back.

A return to the forward line beckoned, which would’ve forced emerging youngster Jay Polkinghorne out of the side.

In turn, Sam De Koning would’ve been eyeing a recall.

Instead the Cats will go unchanged against a Dockers side desperate for a response to last week’s catastrophic performance against Hawthorn.

Fremantle has swung two changes, dropping Nathan O’Driscoll in favour of Corey Wagner, while Brendan Walker misses with an ankle injury.

Judd McVee returns after a week on the sidelines.

Leadership group member Isaac Cumming has become the hard-luck selection call for Adelaide’s semi-final against Brisbane.

The Crows dropped Cumming to make way for the returning Zac Taylor, in the sole change for Saturday night’s knockout game at the Gabba.

Crows coach Matthew Nicks suggested that there was going to be a tough omission because Taylor would be squeezed in, if fit, three weeks away straining his hamstring.

Ex-GWS wingman Cumming was the casualty after a quiet three-week stretch during which he recorded a total of 31 disposals.

Taylor moved freely during Wednesday night’s main training session at Adelaide Oval, showing no signs of the injury he suffered in the last minor round win over GWS.

The crafty half-forward looked very frustrated on the bench that night, probably wondering if his season was over.

But his consistency this campaign while playing 21 of the club’s 24 games encouraged the Crows to recall him to face the Lions.

Adelaide football boss Adam Kelly said Taylor had recovered well, passed his fitness tests and was in form before his injury.

“Zac has been an important member of our team this season,” Kelly said.

“His contested work, composure and execution of fundamentals is at a high level.”

Brisbane has made one change to the side that lost to Sydney, recalling Ty Gallop to replace the injured Noah Answerth.
