“[I] spoke to them personally to … say ‘look we’re sorry [about] what’s happened, [and] we’d like to deal with you’, because the worse thing that happens when you’ve dealt with somebody that’s lost money is you don’t go back to them because they won’t give you credit, so you buy off someone else, so it’s a double loss for them in a small town,” Mr Whitechurch said.
