Cincinnati auction house selling 2 Bob Ross paintings
CINCINNATI —
Artwork from world-famous painter Bob Ross is being sold by a Cincinnati auction house.
Caza Sikes Art Appraisers and Auctioneers in Oakley acquired the pieces from a private collection and both were painted in 1987.
One painting that is up for auction shows a stream of water through a wooded area, while another features a mountain and a small cabin.
The paintings are estimated to be worth between $50,000 and $75,000, with bidding for each painting starting at $24,000.
