Much of the collection is seen through the lens of a single photographer, Oliver Pilcher, a Scottish travel photographer known for his emotionally resonant, human‑connected imagery, which moves from Moroccan souks to Sardinian granite coves to Central Park with the same unhurried, cinematic patience. His work appears alongside photography by Neige Giacalone, Katerina Katopis-Lykiardopulo, Chris Schalkx, Carly Brown, and other contributors to Assouline’s travel volumes.
