FOOT’S BAY, Ontario, Canada – Mississippi State men’s golf sits in third place after Tuesday’s second round of the Canadian Collegiate Invitational.
The Bulldogs are one of three teams to score par or better across both days of the tournament. State and Notre Dame are the only programs to head into Wednesday’s final round with at least four players placed inside the event’s top 20.
Freshman Finn Burkholder fired a round of 3-under 68 to enter the final round in a tie for ninth place overall.
Gavin Isbell is tied for 14th heading into the final round of the tournament.
