Yi Zha’s knockout Saturday was not a thing of pure imagination. It was reality.
On the UFC Fight Night 257 prelims, Yi (26-5 MMA, 1-2 UFC) crushed Willy Wonka walkout orchestrating Westin Wilson with a wicked walloping in 37 seconds. The featherweight bout took place at Shanghai Indoor Stadium in Shanghai.

Yi through heat from the opening horn. Wilson attempted (and failed) to survive along the fence as he ducked and dodged right into danger. Yi sat Wilson down and finished the bout with blows.
Yi moves to 4-1 in his most recent five. He was a runner-up for the Road to UFC tournament in 2022, but won his second attempt in 2024.
Wilson returns to the loss column after a submission win over Jeka Saragih in June 2024. His three UFC losses have been first-round knockouts.
