Melbourne buyers’ agent Dion Marsden is tired of looking at properties online, only to arrive at entirely different homes in person due to the growing use of AI enhancements in real estate listings.

“I had been to a couple of properties that had, I guess, AI [furniture] staging in it. They’re always disappointing. You see the photos, you get excited, and then by the time you head onto the property, you’re very disappointed at what you’re actually physically seeing,” Marsden says.
