Anthony Albanese has landed in the United States for a week set to be dominated by the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence and the worsening crisis in the Middle East, which is pushing up fuel prices globally.
Albanese landed in California on Saturday morning AEST for a meeting with Apple executive chairman Tim Cook and a discussion about online safety. Albanese will be spruiking his government’s under-16s social media ban and digital duty of care proposal when he travels to New York on Sunday for the annual United Nations General Assembly.
