Hundreds of Americans are suing GLP-1 drugmakers Novo Nordisk and Ely Lilly, saying they were not adequately warned of the potential danger of vision loss. In statements, Novo Nordisk says, in part, they are “vigorously” fighting the lawsuits, saying they are “without merit,” while Eli Lilly says in part, it maintains “patient safety” is its “top priority.” NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk has the story.
