But anyway at one period in the hearing, Lachie Neale was asked to define a body check after he claimed that was what he did to Jack Ginnivan.

“For me it’s like what you would use … at a stoppage – where you would come in and use your chest to ‘check’ another player’s body, rather than closing up and bumping,” he said.

“It’s a bit more open than a bump.”
