The house at 73 Nepean Highway, Aspendale, has been sold by ex-Tennis Australia chief executive Craig Tiley.
Former Tennis Australia boss Craig Tiley has finally netted a sale for his Aspendale beachfront mansion after discounting the price by millions of dollars.
Mr Tiley, who is now the United States Tennis Association’s chief executive, splashed $13.1m on the luxurious house in 2022.
It was listed with a $11.5m price tag in March, although this was later changed to $8.75m – a sum $4.35m less than it first hit the market for.

Djokovic did not end up playing in the Open after he was deported, following an Australian government decision to cancel his visa.
