Nathan Buckley has made his first public appearance with his new glamorous partner.

The Geelong assistant coach and Collingwood legend attended Thursday night’s Carji Greeves Medal at Crown with hospitality leader Kate Dickins.

The couple is said to have been dating for many months and posed together for a happy snap as Dickins stood out in an elegant electric blue dress.

Dickins owns popular Port Melbourne restaurant Ciao Cielo and has worked as a professional chef.

She keeps a relatively low profile and revealed she’s grown into enjoying footy.

Buckley, who is among the candidates for the vacant North Melbourne coaching job, was introducing Dickins to Cats players and fellow coaches.

The strong businesswoman has previously been interviewed about her career which spans more than 30 years. She has spoken on her vision and passion for her Italian food venue which is housed in a historic courthouse that dates back to 1866.

Buckley, who shares two sons with ex-wife Tania, last dated Brodie Ryan with their three year romance ending in 2025.

On Friday night Buckley made a special appearance at Collingwood’s Copeland Trophy to interview the retiring Steele Sidebottom and departing Scott Pendlebury.
