Dozens of Country Road, Witchery and Mimco concessions will be pulled out of David Jones, with the South African retailer behind the brands focusing on its own network over the struggling department store.
Country Road Group, which operates the three fashion and accessories brands alongside Politix and Trenery, will cut nearly 100 of 283 concession pads across David Jones’ network amid broader upheaval and financial strain at the private equity-owned department store business.
