The world’s best tennis players are gathered in New York City for the final Grand Slam of the year, the U.S. Open.

Storylines heading into the tournament include the wild card inclusion of Venus Williams and Aryna Sabalenka’s hopes of back-to-back wins in Queens. The men’s tournament is a bit more predictable. World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz and No. 1 Jannik Sinner have, together, won the last seven Grand Slam titles. There’s a very good chance one of them is victorious at the U.S. Open, but hopefully we get another matchup between the top seeds — instead of a walkover like we got at the Cincinnati Open.
