Dorsey will not play in Olympiacos’ EuroLeague Round 6 game against FC Barcelona on Friday and has been sent back to Athens after his comments on Instagram, with the Greek club also reportedly asking him to apologize.
“You know, more or less, I never speak badly about anyone who has worn the Olympiacos jersey, and I won’t do it now,” Bartzokas told reporters ahead of Round 6.
“Let’s understand that above all else is the team, and I have to represent that more than anyone. I will obviously focus on those players who are here,” he added.
“We will try to do the best we can, and we will see the developments that are not dictated by me, but by the club management.”

Dorsey publicly questions his role at Olympiacos
The situation escalated after Jaron Blossomgame said on the Triple Threat Show that Dorsey’s skills were replaceable.
Dorsey then responded directly in the comments section.
“Jaron Blossomgame, if what I do is replaceable, why they don’t just go ahead and let me go now, especially if they don’t want to pay me?” Dorsey wrote. “Why waste time and drama? Why the coaching staff got that fear in their heart? Let’s find out.”
He also complained about his reduced playing time.
“Minutes went down out of nowhere,” Dorsey added. “But no need for me to drop everything now. The truth will be told on how I been done over here. Not everything what it seems like from afar!”
The 30-year-old had started the EuroLeague season strongly, scoring 25 points against Baskonia in Round 1.
However, his role has since diminished. Dorsey scored just 4 points with 5 PIR in 17 minutes against Anadolu Efes in Round 4 before playing only five minutes against Valencia in Olympiacos’ latest EuroLeague win.
