Boxer Tyson Fury has offloaded his stunning coastal property for a reduced sum. The Gypsy King had initially listed the six-bedroom house for £800,000.

However, the asking price was recently slashed to £700,000 and has now been snapped up, subject to contract, according to the Rightmove website.

The property, which boasts breathtaking views across Morecambe Bay in Lancashire, is one of two homes in the vicinity owned by Tyson and his wife Paris.

The pair purchased it for £480,000 in 2015 and it features six bedrooms, three bathrooms and “panoramic coastal views”, reports the Mirror.

Tyson, 37, and Paris, 35, who are parents to seven children, retained it within their property collection despite relocating to a fresh £1.7million residence in Morecambe in 2020.

Previously, Tyson has sung the praises of the coastal town, declaring: “People say to me, ‘Why don’t you live in California’. But why would I? I would never leave Morecambe. It’s true beauty.”

This month saw the pair renew their marriage vows for a second occasion, at a church in the South of France.

The former world heavyweight champion informed fans: “Paris and I got married again third time lucky. We had the most beautiful day in SOF. It holds a lot of special memories for us.”

Paris donned a white lace gown, whilst Tyson sported shorts and a substantial cross pendant around his neck. Their children Venezuela, 15, Prince John James, 13, Prince Tyson II, eight, Valencia, seven, Prince Adonis Amaziah, six, Athena, three, and 22-month-old Prince Rico were also present for the ceremony in the Provence-Alpes Cote d’Azur region.

However, during their homeward journey, their private aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing due to a technical fault. Taking to social media mid-flight, Fury revealed: “We’ve travelled 100 miles on the plane and the captain’s come over to me and said, ‘We’ve got to turn this plane around because there’s a problem with one of the wings and it won’t fix on the computer’. We’re now spinning the plane around and going back to the airport where we started. Terrifying.”

The couple originally married in Paris’s hometown of Doncaster, South Yorkshire, in 2008, initially renewing their vows in New York in 2013. Earlier this year, Fury declared his retirement from boxing following consecutive losses to Oleksandr Usyk.

However, last week he shared training photographs and has been rumoured to be considering a ring comeback next year.

In July, Fury suggested he might be enticed to don the gloves again for the possibility of a third encounter with the undisputed world champion Usyk, 38. He remarked: “If I was going to come back, I would come back for Usyk.”

In the same month, the Mirror reported that Fury’s private company, which is the recipient of all his earnings, has assets totalling just shy of £162 million.
