The DA approved house design for 28 Pearl Beach Drive, Helensvale
Wellness entrepreneur Rachael Finch and her husband Michael Miziner have listed their vacant Gold Coast block – just eight months after the model announced plans to move closer to her mother.
Publicly-available property records show the genetically-blessed couple, who were partners on Channel 7’s Dancing With The Stars in 2010 and married in 2013, bought the 859sq m block on Pearl Drive at Helensvale in November last year for $1.75 million.

Finch described the move to Queensland as a “new chapter”.
“The start of 2026 sees us moving interstate to the Gold Coast to be closer to my beautiful mum,” she said.
“It’s been a long and hard decision to make but she needs us right now. I do however predict lots of time spent in airports going to and from.”
Earlier this year, the former Miss Universe contestant said the family had moved to the Gold Coast, with follow-up posts showcasing her Kissed Earth brand being introduced to locals.
But despite designs for their dream Helensvale home being DA approved, the family listed the still vacant block in the gated Serenity Shores estate for sale on October 14.
It is listed with Amir Prestige Group agent Carlie Occhipinti.

“The generous proportions offer scope for a substantial family sanctuary or a sophisticated entertainer’s retreat, with living spaces designed to embrace the water,” the listing says.
“Here, privacy, space and connection to the water come together in a setting worthy of your vision.”
The fully-fenced block, which is surrounded by luxurious modern homes, boasts 22.7m of waterfrontage, exclusive lock access to Saltwater Creek which accommodates vessels up to 48ft and the benefits of an exclusive, secure and private gated estate.
Finch started her Kissed Earth supplements business in 2019 and, late last year, the couple opened their first cafe on Bondi’s Campbell Parade.
Ms Occhipinti said the family were still living on the Gold Coast but added “they have different plans now”.
“It is their DA-approved design,” she said.
“It is a beautiful home that they have designed but they need to now be in a different area.”
