Paul Felder will be cageside for UFC 333 on Saturday, taking Joe Rogan’s place as a colour commentator for the card at Etihad Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

Felder will work alongside play-by-play voice Jon Anik and UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier, MMA Junkie reported, citing a person with knowledge of the plans.

Rogan decided several years ago that he would no longer travel to call the UFC’s international numbered events, according to MMA Fighting, and the promotion has rotated in replacements for those cards since. Felder has done the job in Abu Dhabi before, including at UFC 294 in 2023 and UFC 308 in 2024.

Rest of the Broadcast Team

Brendan Fitzgerald will host the desk, with former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker and Din Thomas working as analysts during the event and on the post-fight show, according to MMA Junkie. John Gooden will handle backstage interviews, and Bruce Buffer will introduce the fighters and read the results.

Felder, nicknamed “The Irish Dragon,” last competed in November 2020, when he headlined UFC Vegas 14 against Rafael dos Anjos in a bout that earned Fight of the Night. He has since called a number of UFC events, including Fight Night cards.

Two Title Fights at the Top

Featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski defends his belt against Movsar Evloev in the main event, according to UFC.com. In the co-main event, bantamweight champion Petr Yan faces former champion Merab Dvalishvili in a rubber match.

The rest of the main card features a flyweight bout between Lone’er Kavanagh and Ramazan Temirov, a heavyweight matchup between Alexander Volkov and Rizvan Kuniev, and Aaron Pico against Losene Keita at featherweight.

The main card begins at 2 p.m. ET, following prelims at noon ET and early prelims at 10 a.m. ET, according to the UFC. MMA fans can compare current MMA bonuses ahead of fight night or read RG.org’s 22bet review.
