Last month’s decision to cancel MLB Network’s “Intentional Talk” studio show after 16 seasons “has been reversed,” according to sources cited by THE ATHLETIC. Before the reversal, the program’s final episode was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. “Intentional Talk” features Kevin Millar, Ryan Dempster and Siera Santos. They are “expected to discuss the decision” at 4pm ET on MLB Network. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred, Deputy Commissioner/ Business & Media Noah Garden, and other executives “reversed the decision after an overwhelming groundswell of support from fans and players” (THE ATHLETIC, 11/4).
