TABITHA Ambrose’s busy racing program will now feature a slice of speedway action, with the second-generation racer enlisted aboard a Microsprint car in the Micros on the Murray support showcase at the upcoming AirTouch 500 at The Bend.
For the meet, Ambrose will take to the track in the Jettco Developments entry as usually campaigned by Evie Bell, with over 30 entries for the class having been lodged to date.
Ambrose Junior will be able to lean on her father, Marcos, for speedway tips, after his nine years in NASCAR also featured multiple cameo starts on dirt.
To date in 2025, Ambrose has enjoyed a busy racing schedule.
While her primary focus has been on the various Formula Ford national and state championships around the country, she has also tasted success in tin tops, winning Class B1 in the Bathurst 6 Hour alongside Karlie Buccini and Courtney Prince aboard a BMW 340i.
Ambrose also campaigned a Hyundai Veloster in the 2024 Winton 300 alongside Brad Gartner, while her introduction to the sport came via the Hyundai Excel class.
The inaugural 500km Repco Supercars Championship race at Shell V-Power Motorsport Park is scheduled for September 12-14.
Elsewhere at the meet, the FIA Kumho TCR World Tour will return Downunder, with the event to double as the belated opening round of the now two-event TCR Australia Series.
The busy undercard also features the Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup, the Trico Trans Am Series, Battery World Aussie Racing Cars and the Touring Car Masters.
