There must be something in the water in Queensland. How else do you explain Broncos superstar Reece Walsh drinking from his own toilet over the weekend?
The same Brisbane and Queensland star who thought it was funny to punch his mate and upload it to social media earlier this year has again raised eyebrows with his latest online stunt.
In terms of atrocities, Walsh’s antics are at the loo-er end of the scale.
Walsh is seen leaning over a brand-new toilet in a home he is renovating in the Queensland capital before telling his Snapchat followers how “there’s a new form of recovery” that helps “the muscles”.
“Toilet water … give it a little drink,” says Walsh, before leaning down to cup his hand with some toilet water.
Walsh does not hurt anyone in the video, nor do anything illegal, but there will be plenty of fans wondering why he would post such a thing.

In his defence, the way Walsh has been performing the past month for the Broncos, especially the past fortnight, several other NRL players might be tempted to try a bit of lavatory lager.
The club provided a statement on Walsh on Monday afternoon, saying: “Brisbane Broncos are aware of a video posted by Reece Walsh on a social media platform.
