Will Clyburn will follow Tornike Shengelia from Virtus to Barcelona

Barcelona is signing Will Clyburn according to Eurohoops sources. An official announcement is expected soon.
Clyburn terminated his contract with Virtus Bologna earlier in July and the road opened for him to join Barcelona for the upcoming season.
Talks between Barcelona and Clyburn had begun in June. The two sides were willing to continue together but couldn’t reach an agreement, financially.
Clyburn and Barcelona have now agreed to a deal and the former Final Four MVP will continue his career with the Blaugrana.
In 2024-25, Clyburn averaged 13.8 points and 4.7 rebounds in a rocky season for Virtus Bologna in the EuroLeague that ended with the team failing to even make the Play-In tournament.
In Italy, Virtus won the championship title as Clyburn posted 10.9 points and 3.8 rebounds.
