Luke Jackson (Fremantle). The man known as ‘The Unicorn’ has been a key part of Fremantle’s success this season, with his ability to play in the ruck, up forward, or as a big-bodied midfielder giving Justin Longmuir vital flexibility. Jackson and Sean Darcy’s ruck battle against Jarrod Witts looms as crucial.

Caleb Serong (Fremantle). When Serong racks up big numbers, the Dockers generally win. But the three-time All-Australian has struggled at times to deal with taggers this season, and the likes of Andrew Brayshaw, Hayden Young and Shai Bolton will have to stand up if Serong fails to get off the leash.

Ben King (Gold Coast). The powerful key forward enters his first finals campaign on the back of a seven-goal haul against Essendon, which lifted his season tally to a career-high 69 majors. Is deadly accurate, having kicked only 19 behinds this season.

Noah Anderson (Gold Coast). The star midfielder is averaging a career-high 30.2 disposals and 7.1 clearances per game in 2025 to go with 11 goals. The 24-year-old forms a potent midfield brigade alongside Touk Miller and Matt Rowell.
