Roberto Soldic has just picked up the biggest win of his under-the-radar boxing career.
The only man to KO Dricus du Plessis put his MMA career on pause to box a former two-weight world champion on Saturday night.
Tomasz Adamek entered the ring with a legendary career in his rear-view mirror. The 48-year-old beat Mike Tyson’s first retirement opponent, Kevin McBride, Steve Cunningham, and Paul Briggs during his iconic 64-fight career.
However, the man who once went 10 rounds with Vitali Klitschko was no match for Roberto Soldic at FAME 27: Kingdom.

Roberto Soldic made it look easy as he wiped out one of Poland’s greatest fight legends.
Two rounds were all he needed to get the job done at the PreZero Arena in Gliwice, Poland.
Tomasz Adamek suffered a heavy knockdown that he never really recovered from at FAME 27: Kingdom.
Soldic swarmed with punches that bundled him over and forced a stoppage in the second round.
The 30-year-old Croatian fighter now boasts a 5-0 professional boxing record, after previously winning four fights by KO between 2016 and 2017.
What’s next for Roberto Soldic?
Roberto Soldic provided an update on his MMA future before boxing for the first time in eight years.
The ONE Championship fighter insists his next fight will see him return to the sport that made him famous.
“Back to MMA,” Soldic said when asked by Bloody Elbow what’s next after his boxing bout with Tomasz Adamek.
“This is only a small adventure. With ONE, it’s great. I had a great talk last week in a meeting with Chatri [Sityodtong] and the matchmakers about something coming up for me and all in ONE. I can’t say anything. They will announce it.
“ONE is great for me. They let me do this fight, which is great for me to stay active. We tried to get a fight in Tokyo, but the card was full already.
